It's a day celebrated each year worldwide to commemorate women and their outstanding achievements. What better time than today to recommend a list of books for young readers about the iconic women that have made history?

The Importance of Teaching Young Children About Trailblazing Women
Teaching children about strong women who have followed their dreams and fought for what they believe in despite the obstacles they had to overcome helps children realize that anything is possible. Reading these types of books can also instill in them a sense of pride and accomplishment, knowing they can achieve anything they set their minds to. Additionally, teaching young kids about visionary women can help them to understand the importance of gender equality and the importance of creating a more equitable society. By teaching young children about trailblazing women, they can learn to respect and appreciate the accomplishments of those who have come before them and be inspired to create a better world for themselves and future generations.
